Is it considered disbelief to contemplate abandoning faith to avoid the struggle of self-restraint from watching pornography, and to be determined to continue on this path until death?

A Muslim is not held accountable for the whispers of disbelief in his heart; rather, his dislike for them is proof of the soundness of his faith. This is what Ibn Taymiyyah calls "pure faith." The believer is afflicted by the whispers of Satan, and repelling them is considered among the greatest forms of jihad.

Islam, which is firmly established by certainty, is not removed by doubt or by such whispers. A Muslim should busy himself with what benefits him, not follow the footsteps of Satan, and desist from these whispers.

Moreover, watching pornographic scenes leads to committing indecency, deadens the heart, and hardens it. Allah has commanded lowering the gaze.

It is advised to stay away from watching these films, hasten to repent to Allah, and turn away from these whispers.
