Is it permissible to spray water that has had Qur'anic verses recited over it (Ruqyah water) in the toilet (lavatory) if it contains magic?

Sprinkling the bathroom or dirty places with water that has had Qur’an recited into it, or a name of Allah, is contrary to proper conduct and veneration. This is based on the Almighty’s saying: "That [is so]. And whoever honors the sacred rites of Allah – it is better for him in the sight of his Lord."
