Who are the reputable Islamic scholars from Egypt —from among the Salaf—?

If the intent is the scholars of the Salaf who resided in Egypt, they are many, among them Al-Layth ibn Sa'd and Imam Al-Shafi'i and his companions. Before them, a group of companions and Tabi'in resided there. As for contemporary scholars from Egypt who follow the madhab of the Salaf, they are numerous, and include everyone who calls to the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger, peace and blessings be upon him, and what the people of the virtuous generations were upon.
