Is it obligatory for a female student to leave the study of human medicine at a mixed-gender university and transfer to another specialization at a non-mixed-gender university, given the high cost of studying medicine at a non-mixed-gender university?

Studying in mixed-gender universities is impermissible Islamically due to the religious prohibitions and causes of temptation therein. If it is not possible to study human medicine except with the presence of an Islamic prohibition, then safety is paramount, and preserving one's religion takes precedence over any benefit. It is obligatory to abandon this field of study and suffice oneself with another suitable specialization.
