The answer

The interpretation of the opening verses of Surat Al-Isra has been discussed by scholars of exegesis, and rulings and secrets can be deduced from them through what is known as symbolic interpretation (tafsir ishari). العلامة Safi-ur-Rahman Mubarakpuri mentioned some of this in "Ar-Raheeq Al-Makhtum," as did Sayyid Qutb in "Fi Dhilal al-Qur'an." Whenever the Jews spread corruption on earth, Allah sends those who humiliate them, until their complete eradication occurs during the time of Jesus (peace be upon him), as indicated by numerous proofs.
