What is the ruling on selling or trading "Panadol" boxes that have "Effective cure for sins" written on them?

Sharia is made easy, far from artificiality, and we have been forbidden from artificiality. The "Panadol" leaflet contains artificiality and contrivance, taking Sharia matters out of their usual context, and an attempt to promote them with a foreign name. There are several caveats in this analogy, including: Istighfar (seeking forgiveness) is a prescribed act of worship, while Panadol is a drug invented by a disbeliever; Istighfar is entirely good and has no side effects, while Panadol may be harmful; increasing Istighfar increases rewards, while increasing Panadol may lead to destruction. This comparison is impermissible due to its trivialization of prescribed acts of worship.
