Is the lack of means and insufficient money for marriage considered a trial from Allah, as mentioned in His saying: "And We will surely test you with something of fear and hunger and a loss of wealth and lives and fruits"? And will young men and women be rewarded with entry into Paradise if they remain chaste and patient through this trial?

What the youth are experiencing in terms of financial hardship is a trial (balaa'), and enduring it patiently brings the reward of the patient, while discontent (sakht) brings the punishment of the discontent. The wisdom of Allah has ordained that He manages the affairs of His servants in a way that benefits them, enriching those who deserve wealth and impoverishing those who deserve poverty. So, whoever loves and becomes infatuated, then controls their feelings and binds them by the Sharia and restricts them with Islamic etiquette, and fulfills what Allah has enjoined upon them and avoids what He has forbidden, we hope for Paradise for them.
