Is the failure to facilitate marriage for a repentant sinner a sign of Allah's wrath or a delay in her destined lot?

Allah Almighty may punish a servant for their sins so that they may repent and return to Him, and He may deprive them of sustenance. The servant must be content with Allah's decree, for trials, whether good or evil, are a way of life, and the believer is victorious in both; in prosperity, they are thankful, and in adversity, they are patient. Trials can be for expiation of sins, or for elevating ranks, or for distinguishing true believers, or as a punishment for sins. No one knows the exact reason for a trial, as it is from the unseen. A Muslim should engage in sincere repentance and increase acts of obedience and seeking forgiveness, for Allah accepts repentance and loves those who repent. One should stay away from the causes of disobedience and bad company, keep company with righteous sisters, make the Qur'an a close companion, increase in remembrance of Allah, and attend gatherings of knowledge. A woman can also offer herself to a righteous man, in terms of religion and character, with the intention of marriage and chastity. His poverty does not prevent this, for Allah guarantees to enrich whoever seeks chastity through marriage.
