How can one reconcile the feelings of daily embarrassment and torment due to the inability to marry because of lack of money, with Allah’s saying: "And He has not placed upon you in religion any difficulty"?

The worldly life is a realm of trials where a person encounters both what they love and what they dislike. A Muslim must realize the brevity of this worldly life and that it will end with death. They must adhere to obedience to Allah and show patience with His decrees to attain happiness in the Hereafter and forget the hardships of this world. The Almighty's saying, "Allah does not intend to make any difficulty for you," does not mean the absence of hardship in this world. Rather, it signifies facilitating matters for His servants when hardship and harm occur, granting them concessions and lightening their burden. The purpose of this is purification, the completion of blessings, and gratitude. It is recommended to strive in earning a livelihood, to marry, to fast, to occupy one's heart with contemplating Allah's blessings, the stories of the prophets, the biographies of the righteous predecessors, and to look at the condition of those who are less fortunate and more severely tested.
