What is the ruling on working in the design or supervision of a bank or a hotel, where it can be used for permissible and impermissible matters, by analogy with the ruling on prohibiting work in the design or supervision of a casino?

It is forbidden to cooperate in sin and aggression, and aiding a perpetrator of evil is evil. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed in relation to wine: its drinker, its presser, and whoever caused aid to be rendered for it. And in relation to usury: its devourer, its giver, its scribe, and its two witnesses; because they are cooperating in sin. It is not permissible to assist in forbidden matters, whether directly or by supervision. If it is highly probable that the design of a bank will be used in usurious transactions, or a hotel for immorality, then assistance is not permissible, because it is cooperation in sin. However, if it is highly probable that it will be for a permissible matter, then it is permissible. The prevailing situation now is that banks are usurious and hotels are not free from alcohol and indecency, so the prevailing assumption is that they are not safe from sin.
