Purchasing game add-ons and profiting from them is permissible if the add-ons are beneficial and the game itself is permissible. However, using a bank card to purchase for others at an increased price has some forms that are permissible and some that are forbidden. But if the game contains music and images of naked women, it is not permissible to play it or purchase add-ons for it, due to the assistance this provides in sin, and aiding in sin and aggression is forbidden, as Allah Almighty says: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression."
