Is it permissible to read supplications from a phone, and is it truly considered a supplication?

If the remembrances (adhkar) and supplications (du'as) are authentically reported in the Sunnah, or are free from any Sharia prohibitions, then reward and benefit will be obtained by reciting them from any source, whether from memory, from a printed book, or from a mobile phone.
