Is it permissible to read supplications from a mobile phone and supplicate at the iftar table?

It is permissible to read supplications (du'as) from a mobile phone if they are authentically transmitted (ma'thurah) or free from شرعية محاذير (Sharia-prohibited elements). Their reward and benefit are attained regardless of the source of recitation. It is permissible to supplicate at the time of breaking the fast (iftar). Some scholars are of the opinion that the time for a fasting person's supplication is after breaking the fast, while others hold that the time for supplication is at the time of breaking the fast or before it.
