The answer

No specific supplication (du'a) has been reported for loving the recitation of the Quran, except for what was narrated from Abu Darda'. There is a prophetic tradition that supplicates Allah to make the Quran the spring of the heart and the light of the chest. One can supplicate to Allah to make the recitation of the Quran beloved to them without requiring a specific reported supplication. The beneficial way to memorize the Quran is to persevere in its recitation and study. It was narrated from Abu Darda' that he used to supplicate: "O Allah, have mercy on me by enabling me to abandon sins forever... And make my heart adhere to the memorization of Your Book... And make me recite it in a way that pleases You, and gladden my heart with it, and loosen my tongue with it." It was also reported from Mughirah ibn Subay' that whoever recites ten verses from Al-Baqarah before sleeping will not forget the Quran.
