Is it permissible to pay the monetary equivalent of feeding sixty needy persons due to the unavailability of such persons, after a wife deliberately broke her fast in Ramadan?

If a wife breaks her fast in Ramadan by eating, drinking, or masturbating, she is not required to offer the expiation (kaffarah) for intercourse. Rather, she must sincerely repent and make up for the days she missed. Paying the monetary value for the expiation is, according to the preponderant opinion, not permissible; instead, feeding the poor is obligatory. The types of expiation for intercourse during the daytime in Ramadan are to be observed in sequence, meaning one should not resort to feeding the poor unless they are unable to fast for two consecutive months.
