How can a woman who has broken her fast for many years, out of fear of headaches or due to her inability to cope with work demands, atone for that? And is expiation limited to feeding the poor, or is it permissible to distribute its value in cash to the needy? And is it permissible to give this money to needy relatives?

Fasting Ramadan is a great pillar [of Islam], and it is not permissible to break the fast therein without a legitimate excuse. Fear of headaches or inability to work are not valid excuses for breaking the fast.

The woman must repent to Allah and make up for all the days she missed from previous Ramadans. If she does not know the number, she must continue making up the fasts until she is reasonably certain that she has fulfilled her obligation. She is not required to pay expiation for delaying the making up of fasts if the delay was due to forgetfulness or ignorance.

If intercourse occurred during a Ramadan day, it is preferable to pay the expiation in the form of food from the staple diet of the local people, and it is permissible to give it to needy siblings.
