Who are the "muhsanat" (chaste women)? Are they all girls, even those who are immodestly dressed?

As for the inclusion of women who display their adornment (mutabarrijāt) within the meaning of "iḥṣān" (chastity/fortification): Mutabarrijāt are included in some of its applications but not in others.
