How can one get rid of envy (hasad) or the evil eye (ayn) that has caused a decrease in the blessings of wealth, despite observing what is lawful and unlawful (halal and haram) and honoring one's parents (birr al-walidayn)?

What has befallen you may be a trial from Allah to raise your status and expiate your sins, or it could be due to envy (hasad). You must be patient, supplicate, and perform Ruqyah شرعية ( Shar'i exorcism/incantations). What a sleeper sees is not to be considered reliable information to accuse a Muslim of envy.
