Is it forbidden to buy a toy that contains music if the buyer knows of its presence and turns it off when playing?

We have previously issued a fatwa that there is no harm in purchasing a toy that includes music, provided there is an intention to turn off the sound and not listen to the music while playing with the toy, if the toy is free from other Sharia-prohibited elements.
