Can legal Ruqyah restore sight to one who has lost it?

Legal ruqyah (definition) (exorcism) may treat blindness and magic. Drinking urine is forbidden except in cases of necessity or for medicinal purposes. The urine and milk of camels have been proven effective remedies by religious texts and scientific experiments. As for impure urine, such as human or donkey urine, it is forbidden to use it for treatment except in extreme necessity, if no permissible medicine is available, and a trustworthy doctor confirms its efficacy. This is because Allah has not placed healing in that which He has forbidden.
