Is it permissible to allow non-Muslim guests (an unmarried man and woman) to request a single room in a hotel?

It is not permissible for a hotel owner to allow unmarried men and women to stay in the same room, as this enables an unlawful seclusion (khalwa), approves indecency, and assists in sin. Allah Almighty says: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression. And fear Allah; indeed, Allah is severe in penalty."
