Is the Hadith: "Whoever comes to a fortuneteller and believes him, his prayer will not be accepted for forty days," authentic, and who narrated it?

Muslim narrated: "Whoever comes to a diviner and asks him about something, his prayer will not be accepted for forty nights." Ahmad narrated it, and Al-Arna'oot graded it authentic with the wording: "Whoever comes to a diviner and believes what he says, his prayer will not be accepted for forty days." It is authentically reported in Al-Musnad, and Al-Albani and Al-Arna'oot graded it authentic: "Whoever comes to a soothsayer or a diviner and believes what he says, he has disbelieved in what was revealed to Muhammad."
