What is the ruling on transplanting the uterus and ovaries?

"There is no objection to uterine transplantation for a woman who has lost her uterus or the ability to conceive, as it does not carry genetic characteristics. However, ovarian transplantation is forbidden by Sharia, because it carries the genetic characteristics of the donor and is considered a mixing of lineages. The resolution of the Islamic Fiqh Academy has stipulated the prohibition of testicular and ovarian transplantation for this very reason."
