Is the name "Iram Fatima" suitable for a newborn girl, and does it have a meaning?

If the name "Iram Fatima" is used in your people's language and does not contradict Sharia, then there is no harm in naming with it, as it is not a condition for a name to be Arabic or mentioned in the Quran and Sunnah, unless it is exclusive to people of other religions. If the name "Iram" means "a garden in Paradise" in your language, then naming with it is permissible and its meaning is good. However, there is no meaning in adding "Iram" to "Fatima," and it is safer to suffice with one of the two names.
