Is it true that Al-Bukhari, Ibn Hajar, Al-Nawawi, and Al-Razi said that the Qur'an is created?

The four Imams, Al-Bukhari, Al-Nawawi, and Al-Asqalani, are in agreement that the Qur’an is the uncreated speech of Allah, and that their belief in this regard is the belief of the righteous predecessors (Salaf As-Salih). Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar Al-Asqalani affirmed that the majority of the Salaf limit themselves to stating that the Qur’an is the speech of Allah and that it is uncreated, without delving into further details. Al-Bayhaqi transmitted that the doctrine of the Salaf and the Khalaf is that the Qur’an is the speech of Allah and an attribute of His essence. He clarified that Al-Bukhari and Ahmad ibn Hanbal do not differ in meaning on this issue, as Ahmad focused on refuting those who claim the Qur’an is created, while Al-Bukhari focused on refuting those who claim that the sounds of people are uncreated; all of this contributes to affirming that the Qur’an is the uncreated speech of Allah, and that the actions of people are created. Al-Hafiz presented five statements on the matter, settling on the view of the Ash'aris that the Qur’an is the uncreated speech of Allah, written in the mushafs, preserved in the hearts, and recited by tongues. Al-Nawawi indicated that sincere advice regarding the Book of Allah consists of believing that it is the speech of Allah and His revelation, glorifying it, reciting it, acting upon its rulings, and inviting others to it.
