It is permissible for someone who has been given money for Hajj to perform Hajj with it, and the obligation of Hajj is lifted from them. If the Hajj fulfills its conditions, pillars, and obligations, the religious duty is waived for the pilgrim, even if another person covered the Hajj expenses. Therefore, a discount from the campaign organizer and a gifted visa do not affect the validity of the Hajj.
