You must repent to Allah from forbidden relationships with girls, as they are a gateway to temptation. Likewise, repent from masturbation, for it is forbidden, and stress and family pressures do not permit it. The greatest pillar of repentance is remorse, and that is achieved by exalting Allah and His commands and prohibitions, pondering over death and the ugliness of sin, and reflecting on the immense harm of sins. If you are able to marry, then hasten to do so. Until that becomes easy, be patient and seek chastity by frequently fasting, guarding your hearing and sight, and staying away from places of temptation, while seeking Allah's help and increasing in remembrance (dhikr) and supplication (dua).
