Is returning to the practice of masturbation once after repenting of it considered a relapse into it and a rejection of repentance?

If the purpose of the act is to relieve itching without fulfilling lust through masturbation, then there is no sin; as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Actions are but by intentions." However, if the intention is to discharge lust by ejaculating semen, then this is forbidden masturbation, and sincere repentance to Allah Almighty is obligatory. Allah accepts the repentance of His servant no matter how many times it is repeated, and He is Forgiving and Merciful, and no sin is too great for Him to forgive. It is advised to engage in acts of obedience and increase in good deeds, which erase evil deeds.
