What is the ruling of the Sharia regarding what is permissible for the husband from his wife after the legal marriage contract has been concluded and documented in court, and before the completion of the wedding ceremonies and the public announcement of the marriage, taking into consideration the customary understanding of engagement?

Once the legal contract is completed with its pillars, the fiancée becomes a wife, and it is permissible to enjoy her, including intercourse, but not anally. However, the wife and her family have the right to prevent the husband from entering, enjoying, and traveling until he hands over the immediate dowry. If the husband hands over the dowry, this right no longer belongs to the wife. Custom and the stipulated agreement at the time of the contract should be observed.
