Is a husband who suffers from sexual dysfunction a punishment for his wife in this world?

Islam obligates the husband to treat his wife with kindness. If he is unable (to fulfill his marital duties), he must seek medical treatment. The wife must be patient, seek reward from Allah, and pray for her husband's recovery. She should also adorn herself for him. However, if she fears falling into sin, she has the right to request a divorce.
