Is it permissible to seek the help of a person who treats with the Quran to detect sorcery (sihr), the evil eye (hasad), or possession (mass), and delayed marriage remotely via phone?

The delay in marriage may be natural, but there is no harm in performing Ruqyah (Islamic exorcism), supplicating persistently, repenting, and staying away from the witchcraft website that calls upon other than Allah and believes in the power of stones, for this is clear polytheism and error.
