Is it permissible to establish Friday prayers in the neighborhood during a curfew imposed by the occupation on Friday?

If the people of a neighborhood are unable to establish Jumu'ah prayer in the mosque, it is permissible for them to pray in any other place. This is because the preponderant opinion among scholars is that if the conditions for its obligation are met, it can be prayed anywhere within the village.
