What is the ruling regarding a husband who deliberately fabricates accusations against his wife that are not true?
The marital relationship should be built on love and respect. If the wife is accustomed to hurting and accusing her husband, or the husband does the same to his wife, then frankness and understanding are necessary between them. Each party should tell the other the reason for their annoyance and complaint, and each should refrain from doing what provokes the other's anger. If the spouses follow this approach, they would not need anyone's intervention, and they might discover that lack of frankness is the cause of trivial problems. Each party should admit their shortcomings and not unjustly defend themselves, and success will be their ally if they are sincere and neither intentionally causes harm.
