Is there any accountability upon the wife if her husband fondles her after the first stage of ritual disengagement (al-tahallul al-awwal) from Hajj and before the second stage of ritual disengagement (al-tahallul al-thani), resulting in the emission of pre-ejaculatory fluid (madhy), given that the husband is not in a state of ritual consecration (ihram)?

If a wife fondles her husband before the second tahallul (partial release from ihram) while she is aware of the ruling, she is considered sinful by some scholars. However, if she was ignorant or coerced, there is no sin upon her.

If the fondling does not result in the emission of mani (sperm), but rather madhy (pre-seminal fluid) or nothing at all, then a fidyah (expiatory offering) is required.

She has the choice concerning the fidyah: either fasting for three days, or feeding six poor persons, or sacrificing a sheep.
