Is it permissible for a woman to be a preacher on satellite channels, provided she adheres to the Shar’i hijab and without adornment? And what should be the nature of her appearance before people as a preacher according to the Qur’an and Sunnah? And how did Umm al-Mu’minin Aishah preach to the men among the Companions?

A woman is commanded to invite to Allah Almighty according to her knowledge and ability. This is indicated by the generality of the Prophet’s, peace and blessings be upon him, saying: "Convey from me, even if it is a single verse." However, her invitation must be in accordance with the Islamic regulations and suitable for her nature. Her appearance on satellite channels, speaking to men for hours, violates Islamic regulations. The women of the Salaf, like Aisha and others, despite their vast knowledge, did not do this. They used to issue fatwas to the Companions from behind a veil. Some contemporary scholars have warned against women going out to invite to Islam in mosques, and that it is better for them to hold private gatherings for women in homes, following the Prophet’s, peace and blessings be upon him, saying: "And their homes are better for them" in prayer, so knowledge is even more deserving of this.
