There is no dislike in praying before the food is served if it does not distract the worshiper, and there is no sin in not praying with them if you pray later and time is not limited. Praying in the presence of food is disliked when time is ample; otherwise, there is no dislike. The summary of the fatwa is that it is impermissible to attend the feast unless one is able to change the evil; otherwise, one is sinful and must repent. The group who prayed in that place committed a disliked act if time was ample, and their prayer is valid. There is no sin for those who did not pray with them if time was ample.
