This brother should be advised and warned about the consequences of abandoning prayer, and reminded that Allah accepts the repentance of His servant as long as the soul has not reached the throat. A Muslim should strive to reside in Muslim lands. Supplication is one of the greatest means to achieve what is desired, especially the supplication of parents for their child, which is an answered supplication that is not rejected. Therefore, supplicate for him for guidance, steadfastness, and the preservation of prayer.
