Is a husband who cheated on his wife entitled to blame her for withholding herself from him for a week or a few weeks, and is the wife to be blamed if the period of withholding herself is prolonged?

The worst thing a disobedient person can do is justify their disobedience, whereas they are obligated to admit their shortcomings and hasten to repent, seeking pardon and forgiveness from Allah, as Adam (peace be upon him) did, unlike Iblis who insisted on his disobedience. It is not permissible for a wife to justify her disobedience by refusing to share her husband's bed with flimsy excuses, for her refusal without a legitimate Shar'i excuse is a grave sin, necessitating repentance and seeking forgiveness from her husband.
