If a book is issued by the judge regarding divorce, it means that the occurrence of divorce has been established to him, and consequently, the wife has become irrevocably divorced from her husband ( Bainunah Kubra). Anger does not prevent the occurrence of divorce unless consciousness is lost, and likewise, postpartum bleeding () does not prevent divorce, according to the more preponderant opinion.
