Is it permissible to prevent a vehicle operating on a public transportation route that the government has sold to a specific company, knowing that the government permits such prevention, and is this permissible (halal) according to Sharia?

If the restriction is for a visible, recognized benefit, then obedience to the ruler is obligatory. However, if it is based on injustice and private interests, then obedience to him is not permissible, for "there is no obedience to a created being in disobedience to the Creator." But if the law is for a visible public benefit, then it is permissible to prevent the violation, especially if you are commissioned to do so by the ruler.
