How can it be inferred from the Quran and Sunnah that spending on one's parents does not decrease wealth but rather increases its blessing, and that the spender will not fear poverty?

Providing for one's needy parents is one of the greatest acts of obedience and closeness to Allah. It is a cause for an increase in wealth and blessings within it. If charity is a reason for an increase in wealth, then how much more so when it is charity and connection to one's parents? Allah the Almighty says: (The example of those who spend their wealth in the way of Allah is like a seed [of grain] which grows seven spikes; in each spike is a hundred grains. And Allah multiplies [His reward] for whom He wills. And Allah is all-Encompassing and Knowing).

The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Charity does not decrease wealth." Scholars have interpreted "does not decrease" as meaning that there is blessing in the wealth and calamities are averted from it, or that the reward is multiplied many times over, or that Allah Almighty replaces it with compensation that increases the wealth.

Even if the parents are not in need, connecting with them financially is one of the reasons for an increase in sustenance. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever wishes that his sustenance be expanded and his life prolonged, let him maintain ties of kinship." He also said: "Maintaining ties of kinship creates love among family members, increases wealth, and extends one's lifespan." He further said: "Maintaining ties of kinship and good neighborliness populate homes and increase lifespans." And he said: "Whoever wishes that his life be prolonged and his sustenance increased, let him be dutiful to his parents and maintain ties of kinship."
