Is describing marriage as "disgusting" considered mocking the religion, and does the one who says it leave the fold of Islam, especially if he knows it is a confirmed Sunnah but did not intend to mock the Prophet's Sunnah at the time of saying it? And is telling someone "you say that religion is backward" - with the intention of cornering them and making them aware that modest dress is part of religion - considered disbelief? And what is the ruling on someone who thought that he had disbelieved and thus judged himself to have done so, then later it became clear to him otherwise; has he truly disbelieved by his judgment of himself?
