Are the missed Dawn and Afternoon prayers to be made up even during times when prayer is prohibited, taking into consideration the saying of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him: "Perform the prayer when you remember it"?

Missed prayers are to be made up whenever a Muslim remembers them, whether it is a time when prayer is ordinarily prohibited or not. This is based on the statement of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Whoever forgets a prayer, let him pray it when he remembers it, for there is no expiation for it except that." And also based on the words of Allah Almighty: (And establish prayer for My remembrance).
