Does reciting Ayat al-Kursi, al-Mu'awwidhat (Surahs al-Falaq and an-Nas), and al-Fatiha three times protect children, property, and the reciter from the evil eye, envy, theft, damage, and devils?

To protect children from the evil eye and envy, follow the Ruqyah Shar'iyah (Islamic incantation) by reciting Al-Fatiha, Ayat Al-Kursi, the concluding verses of Surat Al-Baqarah, Al-Ikhlas, and Al-Mu'awwidhatayn (Al-Falaq and An-Nas), along with the authentic supplications such as: "Bismillah arqik..." (In the name of Allah, I seek protection for you...), and seeking protection for Al-Hassan and Al-Hussein with "A'udhu bi kalimatillah al-tammah..." (I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah...). It is also important to maintain the morning and evening remembrances. To protect the reciter from devils, they should adhere to the Ruqyah Shar'iyah and do as the Prophet used to do before sleeping (cup his hands together, blow into them, recite the Mu'awwidhatayn, and wipe his body). As for protecting property, there is no specific authentic hadith regarding Ruqyah for it. However, property is preserved through supplication and reliance on Allah, and by purifying the place from sins that attract devils. The supplication mentioned for Abu Darda' regarding protecting the house from fire, "Allahumma anta Rabbi la ilaha illa Anta..." (O Allah, You are my Lord, there is no god but You...), its narration is not established.
