What is the supplication that helps one stop masturbating?

One must be keen to abandon this blameworthy habit and occupy one's time with memorizing the Quran and studying the Islamic sciences, all while being mindful of Allah's constant watch and feeling shy before Him. One should maintain the morning and evening adhkar (remembrances) and those before sleep, and frequently remember Allah when desire is aroused. One should supplicate with the ma'thur (tradition-based) du'as (supplications), such as: "O Allah, I ask You for guidance, piety, chastity, and self-sufficiency," and "O Allah, purify my heart and protect my private parts," and "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the evil of my hearing, and from the evil of my sight, and from the evil of my tongue, and from the evil of my heart, and from the evil of my semen." One should reduce desire by avoiding stimulating foods, striving for marriage, increasing in voluntary fasting, and maintaining ritual purity. Allah helps with marriage, as stated in His saying, "And marry the unmarried among you and the righteous among your male slaves and female slaves. If they should be poor, Allah will enrich them from His bounty," and in the hadith: "There are three whom Allah has promised to help: the one who strives in the way of Allah, the mukatab (slave who has an agreement to buy his freedom) who intends to pay off his debt, and the one who marries seeking chastity." Marriage is indeed a stronger fortress for one's private parts and a greater lowering of one's gaze.
