What is the explanation of the seventh verse of Surat Al-Hashr in "Al-Mukhtasar fi Tafsir al-Qur'an" regarding the wealth of the people of the towns as compensation for Banu Hashim and Banu Al-Muttalib for what they were denied of charity?

The noble verse (Al-Hashr: 7) clarifies the expenditures of fay' (spoils of war acquired without fighting), which is what Allah bestowed upon His Messenger from the wealth of the people of the towns without combat. He designated it for Allah, for the Messenger, for close relatives, orphans, the needy, and the wayfarer, so that the circulation of wealth would not be exclusively among the rich. Allah has forbidden sadaqah (charity) for the family of Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, and compensated them with a share of the khums (one-fifth) and fay', as a recompense for their being prohibited from sadaqah, which is considered the impurities of people.
