Am I obligated to vacate the premises and change its activity after learning that the origin of the premises was from the trade of alcohol?

The fatwa summary:

If the entire capital originates from the alcohol trade, then according to the Hanafis and Hanbalis, all of the money (both capital and profit) must be disposed of by spending it on charitable causes. However, according to the Malikis and Shafi‘is, only the capital needs to be disposed of, not the profit, and this latter view is closer to correctness.

If some of the capital is from the alcohol trade and some is from lawful sources, then the aforementioned disagreement applies to the portion derived from alcohol and its profits. According to the Hanafis and Hanbalis, this portion and its profits must be disposed of, whereas according to the Malikis and Shafi‘is, only this portion needs to be disposed of, without its profits, and this latter view is closer to correctness.
