How can one get rid of the habit of talking to young men over the phone, especially when there is one particular person whom it is difficult to leave, and the feeling of loneliness is the main驱动 force behind this habit?

A woman's contact with a foreign man for a reason not considered legitimate by Islamic law is forbidden, whether it is direct or via phone and the internet. Money and work do not bring happiness. Allah Almighty has promised wealth to those who marry seeking what is lawful and chastity, as He says: "If they should be poor, Allah will enrich them from His bounty, and Allah is all-Encompassing and Knowing." (Quran 24:32). The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "There are three whom Allah is duty-bound to help: the Mujahid (fighter) in the way of Allah, the indentured slave who wishes to pay his freedom dues, and the one who marries seeking chastity." If the young man does not wish to marry or the woman does not wish to marry him, the relationship must be cut off immediately, for Islam forbids relationships outside the scope of marriage because they lead to indecency.
