What is the ruling on a husband who expels his wife, files a lawsuit against her for adultery, and disseminates recordings of her private phone conversations, despite knowing that she suffers from a psychological complex that prevents her from intercourse?

The sister must repent to Allah for overstepping His boundaries in speaking with a non-mahram man. However, it is not permissible to accuse her of zina (fornication/adultery) merely for that, because accusing a chaste believing woman is one of the gravest sins. It mandates eighty lashes for the accuser, disqualifies his testimony, and rules him as wicked, accursed, and deserving of severe punishment, unless he produces evidence beyond doubt, such as a confession or the testimony of four witnesses. It is not permissible to defame a disobedient Muslim if he is not openly committing his sin; rather, he must be concealed.
