Is it permissible to marry a woman and her niece (daughter of her brother) at the same time?

If you marry your paternal aunt's daughter after divorcing her niece (your paternal aunt's son's daughter) and her ' has ended, or if the niece dies, then the marriage is valid. However, if you marry your paternal aunt's daughter while her niece is still married to you, or if you have revocably divorced her and her 'iddah has not ended, then the marriage is invalid, due to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "A woman and her paternal aunt, nor a woman and her maternal aunt, cannot be married to the same man at the same time."
